    Product Updates

Every feature, improvement, and fix we ship to BotSpot — versioned and documented so you always know what's new.

    1. v1.2.0

Share an AI with a one-time link

Want a customer to try one of your AIs — but they don't have your app and you'd rather not send a login? Create a one-time link, send it, and they get their own private conversation on a ready-made page. Perfect for collecting a testimonial, running a quick intake, or letting someone experience an agent once.

      • NewShare Link — a new way to share any My Crew agent. Click “Create a link”, copy it, and send it to one person. They open a clean hosted page and start chatting with your AI right away — no app, no sign-up, nothing to set up on their end.
      • NewOne link, one person, one conversation. Each link works a single time — once your customer has had their chat it stops working, so it can't be forwarded or reused. Just create a fresh link for the next person.
      • NewMake the page yours — set the heading, a welcome message, an accent color, and your logo so the shared page looks like you, not a generic form.
      • ImprovedAlready have a website? The Embed option still lets you drop the same AI straight onto your own page — the new link is for when you just want to send something quickly to one person.
    2. v1.1.0

Choose which version your team runs

You're now in full control of the version of each agent your organization uses internally — pick it explicitly, switch instantly, and never get moved to a new build without deciding to.

      • NewChoose internal version — a single dropdown in Workbench lets you set exactly which saved version of your agent is live for everyone in your organization's My Crew. Pick any version, or set it to “Closed for usage” to take it offline internally.
      • ImprovedNo more surprise version jumps. Your team stays on the version you chose until you deliberately switch to another — switching applies instantly across your org. (This replaces the old Draft/Production toggle, which could quietly move everyone onto the latest build.)
      • ImprovedInternal usage and marketplace publishing are now cleanly separate: choosing your internal version never affects what external buyers run, and publishing to the marketplace still works exactly as before with its own opt-in update prompt.
      • FixedFixed a case where an agent could keep running an older version in My Crew while a newer one existed, with no clear way to move it forward.
    3. v1.0.0

      Public changelog & versioned releases

We now ship versioned releases and keep this page updated so you can always see what's new on BotSpot.

      • NewLaunched this Updates page — every release is now documented here.
      • NewLearn RAG hub: a guided course on retrieval-augmented generation — available publicly at /learn/rag and inside Workbench under Data → Learn RAG. RAG Studio is coming soon.
      • NewCopy a whole playground conversation your way — choose Plain text, JSON, or XML, rename the speakers (User/AI, Human/Agent, or anything you like), pick which fields to include, and optionally keep the system prompt. A live preview shows exactly what you'll copy, and your choices are remembered next time.
      • ImprovedYou can now select and copy text directly from chat messages in the demo — both agent replies and your own — so it's easy to grab answers, snippets, or links.
      • ImprovedReport an issue from anywhere — the in-app report button is now a compact icon available on every screen, including the full-screen playground, without crowding your workspace.
      • ImprovedSitewide PageSpeed pass — faster loads and smoother navigation across the marketing site.
      • ImprovedSEO/GEO/AEO upgrades: structured data, richer metadata, and better discoverability.
      • SecuritySecurity headers and hardening across the web frontend.
